Market Entry: Months 6–18
Pursue subcontractor work, attend industry days, contact supplier diversity offices, bid on small unclassified work, and build past performance.
Growth: Years 2–3
Add technical, proposal, and compliance support; pursue larger subcontracting roles and set-aside opportunities.
Classified Pathway: Years 3–5
Seek Facility Clearance sponsorship only when a cleared prime or government customer identifies a legitimate classified requirement.
